They are easy and quick: (almost as simple as one, two, three)
1. Just remove the lid and add hot (just boiled) water
3. Replace the lid
4. Wait a long 8 minutes as your hunger grows
5. Stir again and enjoy
You can add a little more water if you like and adjust to your taste… what could be easier? Access to kettle is available in most places and if not a Sportkitchen TherMax Thermos flask will keep water at the correct temperature for up to 8 hours.
